Capital management in times of large value fluctuations (RiR 2010:17)
The Swedish National Audit Office has audited the asset management of eight foundations during a period of large changes in value on the financial- and capital markets. During the big recession in 2008 the wealth of some foundations was heavily hollowed. During 2009 the foundations regained capital to a varied degree.
