Uniform taxation? (RiR 2010:11)

One of the fundamental principles behind the major tax reform taking place in the 1990's, was that all income covered by the same income law should be taxed equally. This would contribute to an efficient and stable tax system. The Swedish National Audit Office can after carrying out an audit on the matter conclude that a large number of deviations have been made from the principle of uniform taxation.
