Equal grades, equal ability? (RiR 2011:23)
The school grading system is not equal despite the work put in by the Government and the school authorities to improve the situation. This is shown in an audit carried out by the Swedish NAO, where it is clear that the steering and control measures need to get better impact with the grading teachers. The school authorities follow up of the grades should be used more efficiently.
