The Swedish Export Credits Guarantee Board – efficiency in the export guarantee system? (RiR 2014:21)
An audit by the Swedish National Audit Office shows that the Swedish Export Credits Guarantee Board has charged higher premiums than necessary to cover costs, which has contributed to the buildup of a large surplus. The Government has not given the Swedish Export Credits Guarantee Board any guidance on how the surplus should be managed.
