County Administrative Boards’ emergency preparedness (RiR 2015:18)
The County Administrative Boards need to improve emergency preparedness, for example by conducting more exercises and enhancing supervision of municipalities. An audit by the Swedish National Audit Office shows that only half of the County Administrative Boards have carried out exercises to the extent they consider their remit requires.
