Over-utilisation of the dental care subsidy scheme due to overtreatment (RiR 2017:19)
The Swedish National Audit Office audit shows that the national dental care subsidy is over-utilised due to overtreatment by dentists. Improved controls and stricter sanctions should therefore be considered.
