Expansion without priority – human resources provision of squad leaders, soldiers and sailors in continuous service (RiR 2022:19)

For several years, the Swedish defence has been lacking a large number of soldiers, sailors and squad leaders. The audit conducted by the Swedish National Audit Office shows that the deficit is concentrated in a few organisational units, and that this is mainly due to resources and infrastructure not meeting the staffing goals.
